1.How to get tracking information.
First input your tracking number to the search box.Please ensure that there is no blank space for the incoming tracking number.
Then Click “Track” Button
For DHL please select “DHL Express”
For ePacket please select “China EMS (ePacket)”
You can also get tracking information from the official tracking website or select and click the following links according to your order’s shipping methods.
The front-end carrier for package shipping is usually Wanbexpress, while the final delivery carriers are AU-POST, PHL, Aramex AU, or imile. The last-mile carrier is randomly assigned, and requests for specific carriers are not accepted.
